HEALTH-IMPROVING PRODUCTS MADE FROM FRUIT AND BERRY POWDERS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN PRACTICAL MEDICINE

The research was aimed to analyze the possibility of using fruit and berry powders produce health-improving, therapeutic prophylactic agents, their application in practical medicine. methodology included a comprehensive analysis generalization available practical, scientific, applied material making corresponding conclusions proposals. following methods scientific knowledge were used: dialectical method, systemic-structural terminological systemic-functional historical legal-dogmatic method generalization. properties (concentrates) produced according modern, innovative, universal, zero waste technologies developed by researchers King Danylo University collaboration with Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical successfully implemented at agricultural enterprise health-improving products “Agrotechnologies” Olesha territorial community region, Ukraine, highlighted. Technologies allow for turning all types fruit, vegetable raw materials mushrooms into high-quality semi-finished wide range dry foods. Infrared drying process, which takes place low temperatures, is removing water from product, while completely preserving structure plant cell, vitamins, trace minerals. main technological processes are as follows: inspecting, washing, cutting, if necessary, drying, crushing, sifting, fractionating, packing. Fruit, harvested forestry enterprises western Ukraine cultivated sufficient quantities on eco clean soils Dniester canyon. Powders obtained versatile effective manufacturing nutritional products, medications, biologically active additives. They can serve fillers bakery, pasta confectionery soft drinks, ice-creams, yoghurts, jellies, food concentrates; they be blended, when producing various beverages condiments.
